We have tried it out and if a standard Will is required, it appears to be relatively straight forward to use. The service is supported by charities and solicitors who pay subscription fees which fund the free Will writing facility. The online questionnaire will recommend engaging a solicitor if a standard Will is not suitable. This is a no obligation service.
