Earlier this month, Sonia, Marc and Natasha attended the annual 2plan annual conference. It was a day packed with technical sessions and sharing ideas with peers.
A special highlight was guest speaker Penny Mallory, presenting about mental toughness and a high‑performance mindset. Penny also talked about what it means to be in a team, rather than a group of people that work together, and that very much resonated with us.
